A variety of contours are available on all climbing surfaces including: positive pitches (inclines), negative pitches, side gables, overhangs (slight to aggressive), "crack" simulations, and chimneys. Traditional design options include: Two, three, and four pole structures Single or multiple climbing walls Incorporating challenge course activities into the structure Assorted contours Roofs, stair access, ladder access ABEE, Inc. outdoor climbing structures are engineered to utilize only top grade materials. All lumber used in construction is treated, all fasteners are either through-bolt or screw attachments, all interchangeable climbing holds are of the artificial "rock" type, and a cable rigging (including both belay and guying systems) meets current ACCT Installation Standards. Indoor Climbing Walls ABEE, Inc. custom designs every indoor climbing wall to 1) meet the needs of the client, and 2) conform with the layout and structural realities of the proposed site. Size, features, contours, and difficulty can vary depending on the focus of the program. ABEE welcomes and strongly encourages client input and involvement in the design process of indoor climbing wall projects. ABEE, Inc. indoor climbing walls are engineered to utilize framing and surfacing with strength, stability, and longevity in mind. All climbing walls are finished with an industrial grade slightly textured seamless surfacing, interchangeable "rocklike" climbing holds, and belay applications that meet current ACCT Installation Standards.
